Use this if your browser blocks the EXE. Open the ZIP, extract it, then run the installer inside.
Download ZIPOnly download and run this tool when instructed by Netbus. We will never call you out of the blue and ask you to install it.
How to get support
- Call Netbus on 020 8292 1956 or speak to your support engineer first.
- Download either the EXE installer or the ZIP version.
- Open the support tool and read the access ID and password to Netbus.
- Keep your phone nearby while we assist you remotely.
Secure assistance. Remote access is only used with your permission and only while support is being provided. You can end the session at any time.
