How to get support
- Call Netbus or speak to your support engineer first.
- Download either the EXE installer or ZIP version.
- Open the support tool and share the access details with Netbus.
- Keep your phone nearby while we assist you remotely.
EXE Installer
Best for most Windows users. Download, open the file, and follow the prompts.
ZIP Version
Use this if your browser blocks the EXE. Open the ZIP, extract it, then run the installer inside.
Secure Assistance
Remote access is only used with your permission and only while support is being provided.
